Hello Two Fish!

6/28/2024

Two Fish is officially ours! After a few pushbacks on closing for various reasons, the money has cleared the banks and we are off – Chris is literally off as he flew down to the BVIs to bring her back a week ago, thinking we would own her earlier than we did. The life raft is still MIA but Helen with B&G (who is an absolute angel with a killer sense of humor) has let us borrow hers for the trip to mainland USA, and then B&G will have it shipped back to her. Bless Helen.

Wren and I are holding down the fort here in Virginia. Summer camps, packing for boat life, injured kitty, and trying to be helpful land support for Chris.

One thing we were always curious about was “how much does it all cost?” I mean, BOAT – Bring Out Another Thousand – seems to be a well-known fact! So I’ll break it down for Two Fish, but won’t include the cost of looking at the other two boats we were considering and visited. Food and beverages also not included because we would have to eat regardless of where we are located.
