Crossing things off the list, adding more

Real time week of September 23rd. What a busy, busy week. Boat repairs, fiberglass & gelcoat work started but not finished, got meds and treated the cats for worms 🤢, discovered our scuba tanks were pretty much toasted, cleaned our surround (the heavy clear vinyl that zips around the cockpit; the vinyl cleaned up okay but several repairs need to be made to the stitching – not sure how much life the canvas has left to it unfortunately), and probably our favorite boat part of the week – a weekend of Antares University with Dave Caudill from Marine Craft Marina in Merritt, NC. What a cool dude who taught us so much.

Isn’t she beautiful? Okay, I know not really ‘beautiful’, but the fuel transfer pump has been re-mounted! Yay!
Not gonna lie. Seeing him grind away on our home kinda made me want to vomit. He assured me this was nothing, but still. Our boat! (If curious, we have no idea how the damage happened. It came with the boat.)
Homeschooling at its finest.
Chemistry! And of course the marshmallows were eaten 🤣
Generator got itself an oil change. 💥 Next for it is a new fuel filter and impeller change.
We voted! (yes we had to fish Chris’ envelope out of the trash – whoops)
We have seen some of the cutest post offices in this area of the state.
The man, the myth, the legend: Dave Caudill
That’s Chris way up the mast.
So peaceful. But quite high.
