Labor Day has come and gone, and it feels like the hot weather has, too. This morning finds us in pants and hoodies after sleeping under blankets. I don’t feel ready for summer to be over! maybe not just that, but I’m really not ready for winter.

Boat projects continue. We pumped out the heads and filled the fuel tanks. Worked on oil changes. Ordered new AC raw water strainers as ours are missing big chunks of material. Applied our hailing port decal. Tracked down and repaired not one but two fresh water leaks.

Wren’s favorite part of this week was a trip to Busch Gardens. Her least favorite part was school (here I was thinking she would say saying goodby to her friends on Seaplicity). We did have a lovely time at Busch Gardens with my friend Elisa and her family. Feeding lorikeets was a big highlight.
